Ann-Marie Perri is the founder of BizFit Canada; a consulting company specializing in the optimization of business health and profitability. Ann-Marie has 18 years of experience with successful management, leadership, and operations in a wide spectrum of business sizes from a national corporate level right down to independent entrepreneurs. No business is too small or large; the BizFit optimization method is made for businesses of all sizes.
A Lean Six Sigma green belt equips Ann-Marie with the tools and knowledge to strategically improve necessary work and reduce non-value added work.
Ann-Marie is certified in Dynamic Work Design from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. With knowledge of how the human element affects work, she has the ability to create effective, productive, and engaging work processes generating greater innovation and output in any operation.
Her love of profitability and financial success in a business drives her to look for big and small ways of improving a company’s bottom line. Her areas of expertise include (but are not limited to): labor strategies, reducing variable costs, and generating efficiencies within work.
